Hamas activist car blown up in Lebanon

On Friday, August 7, an explosion occurred east of the Lebanese city of Sayda (Sidon). Lebanese media report that a bomb planted in the car of Hamas activist Bilal Gali exploded.

The publications note that the explosive device was activated before Gali got into the car. He was not hurt.

Bilal Gali is called one of the former aides of Osama Hamdan, who represents Hamas abroad, said the Israeli blogger Abu Ali, who is considered an expert on terrorist groups in the Middle East.

Hamas confirmed that Bilal Gali is an activist of this organization.
