26-year-old water polo player of the Moscow “Dynamo” Ivan Koptsev, who has repeatedly defended the colors of the Russian national team in the international arena, after a shoulder injury was not needed by his native club after eight seasons. The team’s management did not want to pay the athlete for the operation and refused to renew the labor relationship with him.

Seven brothers and sisters, including three players of the Russian national water polo team, showed how they train in a Moscow “kopeck piece” in self-isolation

“First of all, I want to especially thank the leadership of the national team of the country, our doctor Grigoriev Yu. V. – they helped to do the operation for free, after all, the club’s proposal to solve this problem myself, I will not hide, confused me and caused certain difficulties. Also, I am no longer player “Dynamo”, – wrote Ivan in Instagram… – The contract with me, due to the injury, did not renew, we wished success in treatment! In turn, I wish Dynamo success! I want to thank the club for these past and glorious 8 years! It was here that I became a player, we have achieved a lot together! I hope I also made my modest contribution to the successes of recent years. Hopefully, the new generation of young players who have joined the team will progress quickly under the supervision of older comrades! Great victories and most importantly … – fewer injuries! “

I feel obligated to see this attitude, and I want to clarify some of the issues around which various rumors and gossip began to appear. – First of all, I want to especially thank the leadership of the national team of the country, our doctor Grigoriev Yu.V. – they helped to do the operation for free, after all, the club’s proposal to solve this problem myself, I will not hide it, embarrassed me and caused certain difficulties. In “Dynamo” they repeatedly promised Ivan to help solve the housing problem, but they did not take a single step in this direction. The media talked about the large sports family of the defender back in 2012. Then the authorities simply survived the Koptsevs from Moscow, but at that time the children were still small and only Ivan was considered a promising player. After the resonance in the media, the bureaucrats “stirred” and four years later “teased” with a seven warrant, but they didn’t give us the right apartment.

December 2019 in the city hall Sergei Sobyanin presented to the family order “Parental glory” and in a personal conversation promised to “see what can be done” on the housing issue, but a month later the Koptsevs received another unsubscribe letter from the City Property Department.
