MOSCOW, Mar 25 (PRIME) — The Russian government will limit the number of banks which can keep state money, but the measure will be cancelled once the Analytical Credit Ratings Agency (ACRA) starts issuing national scale ratings deposited, Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev said Friday.
