It is planned to complete them as soon as possible. The funds are provided from the republican budget.

Urmatbek Kokocharov said that 29 schools are in disrepair in the republic, of which 5 buildings have already been repaired and will be commissioned by September 1.

“Construction of additional buildings for 15 more schools is carried out at the expense of funds allocated from the Single Deposit Account for Combating Corruption,” he said.

President Sooronbai Jeenbekov noted that remote villages in mountainous areas are in dire need of feldsher and obstetric stations. Therefore, given the current situation with coronavirus infection, it is necessary to pay special attention to the issue of their construction. In addition, he urged to attach the same importance to the repair of emergency school buildings, as well as the construction and repair of hospital buildings in the regions.

“Many entrepreneurs, intending to build multi-storey buildings or enterprises, express dissatisfaction with the bureaucratic obstacles that officials put in when obtaining permits. Sometimes the processes of preparing documents are delayed for a long time, ”the President noted.

The Gosstroy director replied that the time for obtaining permits has decreased from 210 to 60 days.

“In order to digitalize the construction industry, the updated software“ Single Window ”has been launched in 54 regional departments of urban planning and architecture, which will improve the quality of the provision of public services to citizens of the country,” he said.
