The head of the STS department for work with indirect taxes within the EAEU in the Chui and Talas regions, Mairambek Moldobekov, died of pneumonia at the age of 52.
“The management and staff of the State Tax Service express condolences to the relatives and friends of Mairambek Moldobekov, share the pain and bitterness of irreparable loss,” writes the press service of the State Tax Service.

Moldobekov was born in 1968 in Talas district of Talas region.
In 1989 he became a laboratory assistant at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
In 1992-1993 Moldobekov worked as a controller at the Frunzenskaya Tobacco Factory, and in 1994 he graduated from the Kyrgyz State National Institute.
In 1996-1999, he served in the ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and then for two years he was deputy head of the department of social protection of the population of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek.
In 2001-2008, he headed the improvement plant of the Pervomaisk district administration of the capital.
From 2009 to 2012 he was the deputy head of the tax department for the Oktyabrsky district, then he worked as an assistant to the governor of the Issyk-Kul region for a year.
In 2012-2018, he headed the department of the tax service in the city of Karakol, and in 2019 he replaced the head of the STS department in the Oktyabrsky district.
Since 2019, he was the head of the STS department for work with indirect taxes within the EAEU in the Chui and Talas regions.
Mayrambek Moldobekov has a daughter and two sons.
