Aeroflot canceled regular flights to Uzbekistan

The Russian airline Aeroflot has announced the forced cancellation of some of its scheduled flights to international destinations until August 31. About it reported press service of the company. Uzbekistan is also on the list of countries to which regular flights have been temporarily canceled due to coronavirus.

According to the airline’s press service, the decision to cancel flights to almost 90 cities in Europe, Asia and America was made “taking into account the current epidemiological restrictions in destination countries.”

Until August 31, Aeroflot will not operate flights to the Kazakh cities of Aktau, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylarda, Nur-Sultan and Shymkent, to the Kyrgyz cities of Bishkek and Osh, as well as to such cities of Uzbekistan as Bukhara and Tashkent.

It is reported that purchased tickets can be exchanged for a voucher or money.

Formerly “Liberty” reported that the national airline “Uzbekistan Airways” (Uzbekistan Airways) will resume regular flights from Tashkent to Russia from September 1, 2020.
