On August 7, during telephone conversations, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan R. Meredov and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany M. Berger discussed positive results and key issues in the development of bilateral relations in various fields, in particular: politics, economics and trade, culture.
Diplomats especially noted the need to organize effective communication between representatives of the business community, from the activity which depends development trade—economic cooperation Germany and Turkmenistan.
