In Beirut, protesters broke into the building of the Lebanese Foreign Ministry

On the evening of August 8, protesters stormed the building of the Lebanese Foreign Ministry located in the Ashrafiyah district of Beirut. RIA Novosti.

The protesters’ posters read “Beirut – Demilitarized City” and “Capital of the Revolution”.

A few hours earlier, tens of thousands of Lebanese gathered in the center of Beirut, in Al-Shahada Square, accusing the authorities of their negligence leading to an explosion in the port of Beirut. The audience is also chanting: “Hezbollah” – terrorists! “

The organizers of the action erected a gallows, hinting that the perpetrators should be punished. During the action, dolls depicting Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Lebanese President Michel Aoun were hung on the gallows.
