Yesterday, on October 3, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on a medical facility in the Kupyansky district of Kharkiv region. According to Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the region, one doctor died and a nurse was injured.

The building was almost destroyed from the first floor to the fourth floor. Rescuers and law enforcement agencies are working at the scene.
