The Eurasian Electronic Labor Exchange will start working in the EAEU

The Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Kudaibergen Bazarbaev noted the importance of creating the Eurasian Electronic Labor Exchange to ensure the employment and employment of migrants. He said this during the international forum “Eurasian Dialogue on the Labor Market”, which takes place on September 27-28 in Bishkek as part of the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic in the EAEU, the press service of the department reports.

“The creation of a single digital ecosystem will provide access to interstate information resources and digital services, create conditions for the formation and use of digital platforms for interstate interaction.

Thus, on the one hand, job seekers will be able to find the best employment options in the EAEU states. On the other hand, employers will be able to select workers with the necessary professional skills and qualifications.

At present, a conceptual project “Creating digital ecosystem services to ensure employment and employment of citizens of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union “Eurasian Electronic Labor Exchange” has been developed and proposed for consideration,” he said.

The minister noted that the single labor market should ensure equal labor and social rights for migrants and their families, eliminate discrimination, and provide decent work for migrant workers.

The forum is held with the participation of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov, Member of the Board (Minister) for Economics and Financial Policy of the EEC Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nozim Khusanov, President of the Federation of Migrants of Russia Vadim Kozhenov, as well as representatives of state bodies of the EAEU members – Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, representatives of the expert community, non-governmental organizations, private employment agencies, ministries, diasporas and employers.

The forum participants will update the problems and difficulties faced by labor migrants in the EAEU countries, as well as develop measures aimed at improving the situation of workers and their families in the Union countries.
