‘Three new habits’ social media challenge is trending among Kazakh entrepreneurs | Kazakhstan News: Latest news on Kazakh TV

Another social media challenge aimed at prevention of coronavirus is gaining popularity in Kazakhstan. The campaign called ‘Three new habits’ was launched by the ‘Atameken’ National Chamber of Entrepreneurs back in mid-July. The initiators wanted to encourage both the Kazakh population and businesses not to forget to follow the sanitary rules. The challenge was soon accepted by renowned athletes, journalists, bloggers and show business representatives. Serik Sapiyev, Kymbat Doszhan, Galym Baituk, Kairat Adilgerei, political scientist Yerlan Sairov and many others are among those who made a social media post using a hashtag #3новыепривычки (three new habits). All the participants had to do is to urge Kazakh citizens to make hand washing, wearing masks and social distancing their new habits that should be followed automatically.

“So, 10 days ago we launched a nationwide challenge #3zhanaádet, #3новые привычки (three new habits). Dear colleagues, entrepreneurs, you all have social media accounts. We urge you through your accounts and products to place stickers and appeals to adopt new habits and make them regular. We want the calls to be on all possible media: offices, videos, social networks and everyday goods. When we leave the house, when we go to the store, when we go to the pharmacy, we should see the simple and clear call as much as possible,” Chairperson of Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Ablai Myrzakhmetov said.

Entrepreneurs took an active part in the social marathon and even used their resources. One of the companies started making eggs with stickers that encouraged people to follow these three simple, but important and relevant rules.

“We are always for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. At a time, when the issues of our health, the health of all mankind, and therefore the future of the economy, are most acute, such preventive measures will never be superfluous. The sooner these habits get into our lives the sooner we will get back to normal lives,” said the entrepreneur Alexander Pryadko.
