Former President of Kyrgyzstan Askar Akayev won the gold medal of the Nobel Prize laureate Samon Kuznets. This is reported by the Russian media.
According to them, on October 26-28, the IV International Scientific Congress under the auspices of the UN “Globalistics-2015” was held at Moscow State University. More than 700 scientists from 50 countries of the world took part in it. They discussed the problems of globalization and cooperation in an unstable world, scientific foundations and directions of sustainable development, as well as increasing the role of the UN in the modern world.
The ex-president of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor of Moscow State University, made three scientific reports at various sections of the congress. In its conclusion, an award was given to scientists who made an exceptional contribution to the development of a new theory of socio-economic development and computer modeling of global processes.
