Since the beginning of this year, the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has collected 2.2 billion soms of property tax to local budgets. This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Including collected 678.4 million soms of vehicle tax, this is more than 109.7 million soms compared to the same period last year.
The amount of tax on a residential building or premises (house, apartment) amounted to 97.3 million soms, on non-residential – 692.9 million soms. Compared to 2021, residential buildings and premises collected more by 13.8 million soms, non-residential buildings – by 126.7 million soms.
As for the tax on house, homestead and horticultural land, revenues amounted to 186.2 million soms, which is 24.1 million soms more than last year.
In addition, 552.8 million soms were received from the tax on land of settlements and non-agricultural land, which is 30.4 million soms more than in the same period of 2021.
Recall that on September 1, the deadline for paying tax on a vehicle, residential property and adjoining, personal and garden land expired.
