Ambassador of Uzbekistan Akmaljon Kuchkarov held a reception on Friday, March 17, 2023, at a small restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Ak-Altyn Hotel in Ashgabat. This restaurant specializes in Uzbek cuisine. Even the entrance to the restaurant is made in Uzbek traditions.
The event gave the guests an anticipation of the upcoming International Novruz holiday, which is celebrated annually on March 21.
A limited number of guests were mainly representatives of the Uzbek diaspora.
In addition to Uzbek dishes, song and dance performances of invited artists gave an atmosphere of fun and good mood.
