Young people who are officially registered and have formed families will now be able to receive 20,000 manats to purchase the necessary household appliances and household goods. Previously, the amount of financial support was 6,000 manats. Loan term 3 years with an annual rate of 1 percent without collateral on the basis of a guarantee.
Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a corresponding decree today, the Watan news program of the Turkmen television reported. The amendments and additions arising from the document will be introduced into the legislation of the country.
In addition, newlyweds can still count on a mortgage loan for a period of 30 years with an annual interest rate of 1 percent and a grace period for principal repayment of up to 5 years.
The issuance of loans will be provided by authorized banks of Turkmenistan.
